You'll play a vital role in our financial team by collecting and analyzing data from various departments, supporting budget and forecast preparation, and driving process improvements. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to our financial strategy and growth while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What you will do:

  • Develop annual templates for budgets, actual vs. budget comparisons, and financial roll forwards for the new fiscal year.
  • Assist in consolidating annual budgets and forecasts for the organization..
  • Monitor and analyze performance against budget, track KPIs for each region at each closing, identify variances, and provide insightful commentary.
  • Collaborate with various other departments and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide analytical support.
  • Support month-end accounting activities, including reviewing Profit & Loss statements and completing other related tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for improving current operational processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and take on additional duties as needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, corporate business development, M&A, or capital raising. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in financial systems. Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
