Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control System Engineering.
  • Preferred to have hands-on in Control Automation, Robotic Applications, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Electrical Designs, Instrumentations, Pneumatic Control, Vision Sensors, Industrial Communications, CAD-Draftsight, Servo & Induction motor and integrate with Mechanical related automation Parts.
  • Experience interfacing with Sprocket/Chain/Bearing/Shaft etc is an advantage.
  • Conceptual Design of Assembly-electrical architecture with cost analysis and selection of different design options.
  • Good inter-personal & communication
  • Understanding of analog and digital circuit principles and practices
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Junior Position
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Senior Position.

Job Responsibility:

  • To lead projects assigned by Manager/HOD.
  • Help team to implement all the improvement project which includes automation and process.
  • Data Collection and analysis to continuously improve/optimize the automation system.
  • Share/Train/Coach Production Technical team to operation and maintain the system
  • To liaise and coordinate with related stakeholders of the assigned project in order to meet project requirements.
  • To execute planning works, e.g. collect engineering data and information such as site/parts/tanks measurement prior to project execution or parts/Machine fabrications.
  • To prepare documentation for hand over purposes of site installations done.
  • Able to analyze, understand, troubleshoot, identify root cause and propose solution & solve the root cause for factory's electrical, control, instrumentation, processes, machine operation, robot, vision, industrial communication and automation systems.
  • Have direct experiences work as a System Integrator/manufacturing for at least 2 years such as able to Design, Develop, Programming, Configure, Commission PLC/DCS, SCADA system, robot, machines and Instrumentations.
  • Able to read, understand and modify schematic drawing.
  • Able to write test protocols and documentations.
  • Have some experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing skill sets.
  • Experience and exposure in Electrical Design, script programming & SQL Database, IoT and Ind 4.0 requirements skill sets.
