Tasks & responsibilities

  • Respond to Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and requests through different channels, primarily WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Operations Support: Assist the operations team with day-to-day tasks
  • Customer Service & Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential customers by delivering excellent customer service and providing ongoing account management support.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and support team initiatives.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customers issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess at least a high school certificate
  • Written and verbal communication skills in both English & Cantonese (Traditional Chinese)
  • Preferably someone with at least 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
  • Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly
  • Positive, empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues
