Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma / Certificates in Building / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in development / construction company.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport and able to travel.
- Computer literate with strong spread sheet skills & Project documentation.
- Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation abilities.
- Independently, possess good organization & time management skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractors claims, final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
- Attend site meeting / valuation
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
