Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company and project accounting and administrative.
- Responsible for administrative and clerical duties.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Monthly submission to KWSP, Perkeso, HRDF and LHDN
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Process transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as monthly and annual accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with integrity.
- Perform other accounting and administrative task as assigned.
- Able to work 5.5 days a week (Mon-Fri full day, Sat half day)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM /DIPLOMA in accounting.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate in Microsoft offices especially excel and proficient accounting software.
- At least 2 years working experience in bookkeeping/accounting supports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently, multitasking, pleasant, self–discipline and time management skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
