  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop departmental plans aligned with company goals; set annual objectives and break them down by section.
  • Optimize departmental structure and job roles based on organizational needs and staffing.
  • Build and motivate the team, conduct training, and manage performance to align with company culture.
  • Manage departmental budget and control expenses.
  • Create annual production forecasts; develop quarterly and monthly plans.
  • Review and adjust production plans regularly; oversee plan completion.
  • Monitor process and quality indicators; implement and refine quality objectives.
  • Adhere to process regulations to control product costs and improve yield.
  • Determine staffing needs based on work and quota analysis; enhance productivity.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to reduce costs and improve turnover rates.
  • Oversee maintenance and performance checks of workshop machines and equipment.
  • Coordinate regular inspections and overhauls of instruments and special equipment.
  • Participate in technical standard demonstrations and new product development; organize trial productions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemical specialty.
  • Over 8 years in production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
