Supervisor, Housekeeping

Job Scope:-

• To organize employees shifts, training and motivating team members.
• To have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
• To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, guestrooms, uniform/linen/guest laundry and surround service areas and ensure maximum guest satisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
• Ensure safe & healthy operating environment
• To supervise Housekeeper, PA Attendant, Linen Attendant/Seamstress/Runner Performing various routine, periodic, project and ad hoc cleaning activities at the hotel.

Requirement :-

• Minimum SPM
• Proven experience of working as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeper or a similar role in the Hospitality Industry.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
• Must be able to give direction to Housekeepers.
• Team management skills, Customer-service orientated and excellent hospitality skills
