JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/Degree in related field
Good interpersonal, planning and organizing skills with excellent leadership qualities.
7-10 years of relevant experience. Those without minimum education requirement must have at least 15 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
Knowledge and experience in home appliances, and consumer electronics industry is required.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To lead the team to achieve the entrusted target through comprehensive management which includes the aspects of human resources management, marketing strategies, financial control and effective deliveries of after sales and services to the customers and clients in his branch.
Ensure that sales PSI and target are achieved accordingly and recommend any constructive counter measures should the sales fall below the expected level.
To plan and control the major leading factors in sales performances such as displays, incentives, discounts, etc in line with the approved allocation and monitoring them against the desired result.
To guide, assist and lead his/her subordinates in term of direction, strategies and resources allocation to achieve the PSI.
To optimize the use of Midea MI techniques to drill down the branch CTQs and enhance the branch performance in line with the corporate Score card.
To liaise and coordinate with the marketing department and other departments n a regular basis on the objectives of strengthening the regional performance.
To update the management on the regular basis on the market conditions and proposed strategies to deal with them such as the promotional strategies, pricing recommendation and allocation of budget that best fit the organizational requirement.
