- In charge of handling all secretarial and administrative duties.
- To provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director.
- To manage and schedule appointments, coordinate travelling arrangements, itineraries and accommodation requirements.
- Liaise with external parties and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Take on other ad-hoc related duties as and when needed.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible, highly resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.
- Mature, proactive, well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.
