Qualifications & experience

• Valid Driving Licenses (GDL and above)
• 2 years of experience in related field.
• Working Location: Nationwide

Tasks & responsibilities

Duties: Sales Representative / Relief Sales Representative
1. You shall be given DSD Devices & Printer Devices in which you have to maintain as per the following:-
a) Handheld & printer to be kept in the designated pigeon hole.
b) Mandatory to charge these devices daily.
c) Check the battery level of both devices before heading out for sales.
d) Paper rolls to be obtained from the branch office.
e) Empty plastic cores to be retained & handed over to the branch.
f) Only “Stylus” is allowed to be used when scrolling the handheld screen.
g) Mandatory to keep DSD Device & printer at the hotel room during outstation visits.
2. You are to be at the loading area & submit stock requests to Loading Head by 7.30 am each day, for the following:-
a) Unload & arrange stocks on the pallets as per the company’s requirement.
b) Ensure returned stocks are segregated & displayed separately.
c) Check & load the final quantity into respective vehicle before heading out for sales.
d) Ensure acknowledged copy of “Verification Report” is handed to respective Branch Manager/Executive.
3. Sales trip:-
a) You are to adhere and follow the routing in handheld and have to visit all customers as per schedule.
b) Mandatory to follow“7 Steps” when conducting sales transaction:-
i. Greet customer & scan barcode
ii. Check stock & return
iii. Take order
iv. Deliver stock
v. Collection
vi. Merchandising
vii. Thank customer & log out handheld
c) Copy of Tax Invoice, Receipt & Goods Return Note to be retained for submission.
d) “Goods Return Note” must have customer’s rubber stamp.
e) Customer complaints & tele-orders are to be attended to within 24 hours.
f) When directed/required, you are to stay overnight when going out for sales.
g) You are strictly required to issue bills and invoices upon completion of any Sales transaction at the vendor's premise

4.Sales Collection (cash and/or cheque):-
a) Cash collection for the day must be deposited into company’s account not less than twice in a day.
b) Bank in slip to be retained & surrendered to Branch Executive along with other reports upon submission.
c) Discrepancies & shortages of stocks or cash are to be borne by salesman.
d) Using company’s money for personal use is deemed serious offence & chargeable under Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT).
e) Credit, cheque, 3rd party cheque facilities must be sanctioned by management.
5. General:-
a) Ensure your personal grooming is presentable e.g. clean shaven, uniforms are ironed & use black shoes, ensure clipped and well-groomed
fingernails, etc.
b) Any summons, incidents & accidents sustained on the vehicle assigned to you must be reported immediately to supervisor.
c) Strictly not allowed to ferry any other items or products other than our company’s products.
d) Consumption of banned substance i.e. liquors, drug etc. during working hours constitutes a serious offence.

Duties: Driver / Relief Driver
1. Replace driver in the event of driver absence or if/when the need arises for sales trip.
2. To adhere to the rules of driving by driving within the speed limits, proper parking, etc. as the company won’t reimburse any summons.
3. Company assigned lorry to be driven by you alone & not others.
4. Any summons, incidents & accidents sustained on the vehicle assigned to you must be reported immediately to supervisor.
5. Strictly not allowed to ferry any other items or products other than our company’s products.
6. Consumption of banned substance i.e. liquors, drug etc. during working hours constitutes a serious offence.
6.Photo Taking
Three (3) photos required to take, then :-
The pictures should contain:-
i) Picture of the outlet - Sign Board / QR Code
ii) Display Rack picture before the goods are arranged
iii) Display Rack picture after the goods are arranged
7. You are strictly required to adhere to the company Product Pilferage, Theft, and Misappropriation of Sales Cash Collection.

8.Any other tasks as instructed by your supervisor from time to time.
