Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd is hiring a Corporate Sales Leader. The company is expansion of business channel of corporate sales for SME industry. The selection individual will be responsible for all aspects of finding new corporate client and manage the existing client and B2B partner. He / She will need to provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very with marketing and product development for new product creation and promoted in social media.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management or any relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Corporate Sales will be advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, (English, Bahasa and Mandarin)
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, (English, Bahasa and Mandarin) & Presentation Skill
  • Experience with develop product and managing people to drive product and business success will be add advantages
  • Strong ability to build working relationships with other departments and with a variety of business partners.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for building a strong Government and Corporate customers data base comprising business in the Klang Valley Region or any other areas determined by the Company
  • Always maintain good relationship with Government and Corporate customers and to uphold the good name and image of the company
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets
  • Responsible for local SME business expansion, collaborating with local governments to explore potential sales opportunities, providing customers with multi-level services
  • Able to effectively coordinate, layout, and complete the entire business process with clients or partners for key products
  • Develop personal sales plans and effectively mobilize and organize internal company resources to drive business implementation, ensuring task completion
  • Establish long-term positive interactive relationships with senior management of customers and partners, maintain strategic customer satisfaction, and promote the healthy development of related businesses
  • Department Management: To lead, guide and manage the subordinates (executives) in the department
