Job Description:

  • Customer Support / Data Entry:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide friendly, responsive service.
    • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, or managing account details.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
    • Enter and update customer information, orders, and transactions in the company's WMS system.
    • Verify the accuracy of entered data and correct any discrepancies.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answering and resolving customer service queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Following up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Managing high-volume data entry tasks.
  • Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures, and product information.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent certificates in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles (typically 1-3 years).
  • Experience working with WMS system, e.g. Infor WMS System or other related WMS system
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
