Social Media Specialist (Senior Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and trendy content, including visuals, graphics, and videos, for all digital media platforms.
• Contribute to the content strategy with strong creativity and conceptualization skills across various formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and corporate principles.
• Create eye-catching content for marketing campaigns while staying updated with the latest social media trends, ensuring content is optimized for engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize, visualize, and efficiently deliver engaging, on-brand content.
• Handle video shooting, video editing, and general content creation processes, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  
  

Qualifications / Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital content creation or a diploma/higher qualification in marketing, media, film production, or related fields.
• Proven ability to create trendy, eye-catching content efficiently, with a strong balance of writing, visual design, and video production.
• Familiarity with current social media trends, digital content formats, and video distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently, arriving at creative solutions quickly and with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude, passion for collaborative teamwork, and a drive to produce high-quality content efficiently.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Strong command of Mandarin and English; proficiency in Bahasa Malay is a plus.
• Familiarity with agency environments or similar settings is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake ad hoc projects when required.
