- Establishing technical needs for prospects/ customers and suggesting appropriate products and solution.
- Following up with prospects / customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Providing recipes’ development / R&D whenever needed by the customers/ sales team.
- Compiling proposals and reports for weekly submission together with images of creations/ proposals to the management.
- Lead/ Managing market list required by principal’s guest chef, liaising and assisting guest chef during mis-en place and event date.
- Conduct of Workshops, Roadshows and Demonstration – to liaise accordingly with regional leaders on calendars (travelling required occasionally).
- Troubleshoot on recipe errors and to advise customers accordingly.
- Calculation of food costs in a proper worksheet for submission to customers whenever required.
- Updating records of wins/ losses to management.
- In charge of demo kitchen’s cleanliness.
- To communicate closely with Sales Team
