Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Plan and execute project within given timeframe and costs.
  • Manage the Project Team in developing project control systems for inclusion in a project execution plan.
  • To monitor the project in line with programs and approved budget.
  • Conduct project briefing and coordinate with site projects reams and overall site operation and activities.
  • Liaise with other main contractors on site coordination and technical issues.
  • Establish the project schedule for operations.
  • Ensure site parameters are correct accordingly to requirement and specification.
  • Check drawing discrepancy and liaise with consultants to solve technical issues.
  • Verification of contractor’s claims and VO.
  • Work independently and attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
  • Lead and manage a project implementation team for the delivery of construction packages with good quality and workmanship.
  • Manage consultant deliverables to ensure the implementation team and contractors receive information in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track construction progress to ensure timely delivery of construction contracts until CCC is obtained and no LAD is incurred.
  • Ensure safety compliances at construction sites. All other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.


Who are they looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in project management and construction industry, with a strong emphasis on complex, shopping mall and high-rise construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, shopping mall and high-rise construction projects, with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to direct client, consultant and contractors.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Mandarin.
  • Excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal and presentation skills.
