  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum Diploma in administration/logistics/supply chain/accounts or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in import/export shipment & local deliveries
  • Strong follow up skills, and proactive
  • Careful and meticulous; attentive to details
  • High level of integrity, no excuses, not calculative, responsible team player
  • Good communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare and handle all shipping documents, inclusive of export and import documents
  • Assist Sales & Marketing team with preparation of necessary documentation, such as Purchase Order(PO), Sales Contract(SC), sales margin, commissions, etc
  • Liaise with banks, Government bodies, Chambers of Commerce, foreign embassies, shipping agents, shipping liners, and insurance brokers
  • Coordinate and arrange import/export shipments with freight forwarders, sales team, warehouse team, and production team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and GN own factories on arrangement of local deliveries
  • Attend to freight quotation enquiry, source for competitive freight rates
  • Other relevant duties assigned by Head of Department
