Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor in related field with minimum two (2) years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding company, preferably in the sea freight are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills.
  • A self-motivated and quick learner, capable of working extended hours under consistent pressure, effectively multitasking, and performing with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn new task.
  • Good team player.
  • Good in presentation, prospecting, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle documentations and operation of sea freight, airfreight and end-to-end deliveries & customs clearance.
  • Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their queries/feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Co-ordinating with hauliers, forwarding agents and dealing with shipping liners.
  • Creating shipment jobs and billings using Sea Freight System.
