Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/Bachelor in related field with minimum two (2) years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding company, preferably in the sea freight are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills.
- A self-motivated and quick learner, capable of working extended hours under consistent pressure, effectively multitasking, and performing with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn new task.
- Good team player.
- Good in presentation, prospecting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle documentations and operation of sea freight, airfreight and end-to-end deliveries & customs clearance.
- Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their queries/feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Co-ordinating with hauliers, forwarding agents and dealing with shipping liners.
- Creating shipment jobs and billings using Sea Freight System.
