Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best possible terms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to ensure supply needs are met.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets in line with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
