We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist for the Taiwan or Hong Kong market. You will be responsible for handling calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as this role requires dealing with Hong Kong or Taiwan customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
