工作時間 - 9:00AM-6:30PM(一週上五天休息兩天)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist for the Taiwan or Hong Kong market. You will be responsible for handling calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as this role requires dealing with Hong Kong or Taiwan customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
