Responsibilities

  • To generate Purchase Order (PO) and Good Receive Note (GRN) in system.
  • To match the purchases invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • To handle application for import permit, license and others necessary documentation from the customs authority.
  • Follow up on purchase order deliveries and shipment schedules to ensure all items are delivered on time.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least SPM or higher education level with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer knowledge - Microsoft Office. Familiarity with QnE software will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
