Technician III (Carpenter)

Requirements: - Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a hotel or similar environment. - Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities: - Execute carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of hotel furniture and fixtures. - Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of carpentry projects. - Inspect and assess the condition of existing structures, recommending and implementing improvements. - Uphold quality standards and safety protocols in all carpentry work. - Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of carpentry materials and tools.
