HR Admin
Administrative Support: • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices. Recruitment Support: • Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background verifications. • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately entered and updated. Onboarding and Offboarding: • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, retrieval of company property, and updating employee records. Compliance and Reporting: • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records for audits. • Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation to government authorities as needed. • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. General HR Support: • Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. • Support performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee performance data. • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Knowledge Malaysia employment laws and regulations.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
