disaster recovery - system operator

• Ensure timely successful execution of scheduled tasks as to meet the SLA.
• Execution, scheduling, and monitoring of batch processing during shift hours
• Identification and escalation of operations problems
• Participation in DR exercise
• Assist in enhancements & modifications (if required) to the batch processing to comply to DR requirements.
• Review subordinates’ tasks and verification of tasks completed during shift hours.
• Accurate handover process to ensure smooth operations to subsequent shifts.
• Provide timely reporting for management attention.
• Prepare daily/monthly activities report, incident report and ensure statistical reports are provided on time.
• Management reports (reports that this position is required to submit)
• Comply with internal, regulatory & statutory requirements.
• Adhere to established process, procedures, and guidelines.

• Incident reports

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

• Minimum 1 years in computer operation & familiarity with banking operations & applications
• Minimum 1 years in scheduling modules
• Good Team player and work closely with the team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
