To be eligible for this role, you will require :
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is usually required. Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes experience with residential or commercial projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, with the ability to enforce safety protocols. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management. Tasks & Responsibilities :
To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programs and targets. To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management’s review. To communicate to staff on customer requirements, QSHE policy and objectives, project / departmental objectives and statutory & regulatory requirements. To prepare project quality, safety, health &environmental plan, construction programs and method statement. To keep abreast of latest rends involving your specific role as well as the industry that you are involved in. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
