To be eligible for this role, you will require :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is usually required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes experience with residential or commercial projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, with the ability to enforce safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
  • Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programs and targets.
  • To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management’s review.
  • To communicate to staff on customer requirements, QSHE policy and objectives, project / departmental objectives and statutory & regulatory requirements.
  • To prepare project quality, safety, health &environmental plan, construction programs and method statement.
  • To keep abreast of latest rends involving your specific role as well as the industry that you are involved in.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
