We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality presentations and utilizing the company’s ERP system to manage and track sales activities. Your primary goal will be managing sales leads, preparing proposals, and driving the sales process from initiation to finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Routine

  • Follow up on sales leads and arrange follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotation confirmations from clients.
  • Manage the collection of payments and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Manage client annual renewal payments and manage client expectations.
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and proposals for clients, as requested.
  • Marketing awareness from networking events, client meetings, or industry events, create and maintain posts on company social media channels to boost branding and share company updates.

Monthly Basis

  • Develop follow-up scripts and provide Business Development support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment from product release planning.
  • Research and reporting for sales department, 4S adoption and customer survey.
  • Facilitate and engage in key industry events.

Quarterly Basis

  • Assist in building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet company goals.
  • Engage in key industry events and identify new business partnerships.
  • Develop quarterly client engagement and catch up with customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.

Skills:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, as 95% of our clients communicate in Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems to manage quotations and sales processes.
  • Ability to create professional presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Have your own transportation.
