• Team Leadership & Training:
- Provide training and mentorship to junior bakers and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.
• Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development and management teams to introduce new and seasonal products, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
• Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to and enforce all hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Danish bread and pastry production.

- Mastery of traditional Danish baking techniques with a focus on artisanal craftsmanship.
