Telesales Representative - High Commission Potential

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (15-min walk from Kerinchi LRT)

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month
• Commissions: Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings up to RM4,000 per month.
• Attendance Allowance provided
• Additional Benefits: Phone reimbursement and health insurance
• EPF and Socso provide

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our range of telecommunication products (fiber, postpaid, and prepaid plans), and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and address customer inquiries.
• Guide customers through the sales process and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Malay and English.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
