About the role
For this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our cross departments in Hytech. You will play a crucial role in resolving issues or complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction among our cross departments from worldwide.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to different departments’ inquiries and providing support via various channels such as email and chat etc.
  • Guiding them through step-by-step solutions or providing technical assistance.
  • Documenting the interactions, including the nature of the issue and the resolution provided.
  • Collaborating with other internal teams such as product development or engineering to escalate complex issues or provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Keeping abreast of product updates, new features, and technical specifications to better assist the team.
  • Providing timely updates to the departments regarding the status of their inquiries or reported issues.
  • Contributing to the development of support resources such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, or troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in business study or any related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service (preferably) or technical support is typically required.
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including product development, engineering, and sales etc.
  • Capacity to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Candidates who have previous experience working in a similar industry (trading, IT services and technology) will be an added advantage.
