ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader. To support this transition, TCR is currently replacing its ERP system and at the same time is optimizing processes but also standardizing and centralizing key functions. This is a great opportunity to standardize and align our operational master data.

To support this transformation, we are looking for a detailed and structured person, preferably with technical domain or you have a technical interest and proven experience in the domain of technical parts administration. The scope of this role includes master data of spare parts, equipment characteristics and maintenance plans.

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts.

The job will be located in our Group Shared Services Department in Cyberjaya.

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

  • Master Data Creation:

As part of the new Master Data team, you will create new master data (parts, maintenance plans, task lists, smart forms,…) for TCR entities world-wide, ensuring a high-quality master database and rapid support to our operations.

  • Improvement project:

This is only the beginning of our centralized master data journey. In your role you will be part of master data improvement projects. Based on feedback, new insights, data analyses,… our master data will need to evolve in order to improve our efficiency or be in line with new requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • With background of Data science, Information Sciences or Engineering or equivalent with strong analytical background and data minded.
  • Being structured and able to handle a big amount of data and information.
  • Having an eye for detail and meticulous.
  • Autonomous and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Communication skills: Good English skills and able to liaise with entities across the globe.
  • Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel & Outlook).
  • Technical knowledge or experience working with spare parts from cars, trucks or industrial machines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
