1. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts’ outlets nationwide.
2. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
3. Account Development:
• Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts’ outlets promptly.
• Monitor key accounts’ outlets performance against goals and objectives.
4. Communication and Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with key accounts’ outlets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development teams as needed.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on key accounts’ outlets status and activities.
• Pay regular visit to key accounts’ outlets to obtain sales data.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
6. Performance Metrics:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set for key accounts.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate account performance.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree in business administration, sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of market research and sales.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to business needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
