Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and other departments.
- Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage daily correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Coordinate and oversee office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock and timely orders.
- Handle travel arrangements for staff members, including accommodations, itineraries, and transport.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
