Job Description

  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily sales operations.
  • Assisting the Manager with sales operational issues.
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
  • Monitor sales operation with developer and agents.
  • Compile sales reports and report with the operation manager.
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by developers, agents and clients.
  • Assisting overseas client to alliance with mortgage consultant and solve the issues.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the manager or management.

Job Requirement

  • Mandarin language skill is required - to communicate with China / Taiwanese clients.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
