Job Description
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily sales operations.
- Assisting the Manager with sales operational issues.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Monitor sales operation with developer and agents.
- Compile sales reports and report with the operation manager.
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by developers, agents and clients.
- Assisting overseas client to alliance with mortgage consultant and solve the issues.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the manager or management.
Job Requirement
- Mandarin language skill is required - to communicate with China / Taiwanese clients.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
