  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Key Accountabilities

  • To perform review of M&E tender drawings to ensure compliance with related requirements
  • To ensure that tender drawings are complying to the guidelines.
  • To coordinate between Structural, Architectural & M&E (services) drawings and to ensure details are being captured.
  • To give feedback of review to Project Matrix Team members and Consultants and ensure that amendments are made before tender calling.
  • To review construction drawings vs tender drawings after award.
  • To perform periodical site validation to ensure construction works are carried out as per technical specification.
  • Assist in the identification of technical risk in designs to meet the required criteria.
  • Any other duties when assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Civil/Architecture or anything equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in technical coordination.
  • Knowledge and experience in Virtual Design Construction (VDC) is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with project management tools/software.
  • Possess knowledge in Uniform Building by Law (UBBL), Bomba requirements, basic design guidelines and local authority requirements.
  • Knowledge in BIM/Revit software and GBI system is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
