Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals for growth in Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) and fundraising sectors. Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals, KPIs, and budgeting to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Brand Management:
    Oversee the management and optimization of all digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and media relations. Ensure that the company’s brand presence is consistent, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals across all platforms.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    Lead the content creation process, ensuring that all marketing materials are engaging, innovative, and target the correct audience segments. This includes overseeing copywriting, design, and multimedia production, as well as implementing content calendars for sustained brand visibility.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, including competitor activities and emerging marketing tools or platforms. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, optimizing the company's reach to its target audience and influencing product/service development based on findings.
  • Campaign Planning & Performance Analytics:
    Design and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, public relations, and promotional activities. Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives by preparing detailed reports on ROI, campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall brand growth.
  • Team Management & Collaboration:
    Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and fostering a collaborative environment with other departments such as sales, finance, and product development. Manage external agencies and partners as needed.
  • Cross-functional Communication:
    Facilitate smooth internal communication across various departments to ensure marketing objectives are clearly understood and supported. Regularly update the leadership team on marketing progress and present strategic recommendations.
  • Innovative Event and Partnership Initiatives:
    Plan and execute events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities that elevate the iPivot brand, expand its influence, and generate new business opportunities. Leverage industry networks to create valuable collaborations.
  • Crisis Management & PR:
    Serve as a primary point of contact for crisis communication and ensure that the brand’s reputation is upheld during sensitive times. Implement crisis management strategies and maintain positive relations with the media.
  • Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with proven success in leading marketing initiatives, preferably within the financial services, technology, or crowdfunding sectors. Experience with Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) is highly advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content creation.
    • Advanced proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), and marketing automation tools.
    • A deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, with proven experience managing campaigns across various channels.
    • Strong networking skills with a robust network of media contacts, social influencers, and industry partners.

    Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling content and present to high-level stakeholders.

    Analytical Thinking:
    Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.

    Travel Requirements:
    Willingness to travel as needed for events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

    Additional Preferences:

    • Experience working with start-ups, investors, and venture capital firms.
    • A strong command of English and other languages is an asset.
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
