Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
- Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage service.

2. Staff Leadership & Training:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

- Conduct ongoing training and development for staff to meet service and compliance standards.

3. Financial Management:
- Monitor and control costs to meet budgetary goals and maximize profitability.

- Assist in pricing strategy development and promotions to enhance revenue generation.

4. Customer Experience:
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all food and beverage outlets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu development.

5. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and local licensing requirements.
- Regularly inspect dining facilities, kitchens, and storage areas to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation.


Requirements:
1. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management best practices.
3. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and maintain cost control.
4. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other outlet operations tools.
5. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.


Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, and occasionally lift or move heavy items.
