Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound calls, Live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements
Good computer literacy
Requirements:
We are looking for energetic candidates eager to earn good money.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English
Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Working days & Time working
-8 HOURS (1 Shift) extra OT
Salary & Benefits :
Basic RM2,000.00
Night shift allowance
