Company & Divisional KPI setting during Annual Management Plan (AMP) or Mid-Year Review (MYR)
1. Work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure successful KPI setting during AMP & MYR.
2. Provide advice and guidance to KPI custodian / Control Tower on KPI-related matters.
3. Direct and support the OMD Business Partners in their duties to support the delivery of the AMP/MYR.
4. Assist in identifying the Company priorities from corporate and divisional plans, translating them into the Divisional KPI and targets.
5. Assist in delivering key OMD initiatives, including completion of the AMP/MYR within the set timeframe.
6. Assist in facilitating the chiawase sessions with all Divisions and ensure all Divisional KPI targets are aligned with the Company's Key Assumptions and report from Control Tower.
7. Assist in consolidating changes during AMP/MYR for presentation to the CEO /MANCO for approval.
8. Assist in drafting and confirmation of the KPIs for the Vice President (VP) of the Company.
Monthly monitoring and reporting of Divisional Performance Result in the Monthly Operational Management Meeting (MOMM), Quarterly Business Review (OBR) and Year End Review (YER)
1. Assist in developing a mechanism for reporting the actual performance of the Company and Divisional KPIs.
2. Periodic monitoring, analyzing and reporting of Company & Divisional KPIs to management.
3. Assist in ensuring the smooth running of Monthly Operational Management Meeting.
4. Develop and maintain good relations with the Head of Divisions and KPI custodian and leading on negotiations where necessary.
5. Monitor and support KPI Management activity to ensure the reporting is within the set timeframe.
6. Address KPI-related business continuity issues.
7. Review the Divisional KPI result to ensure the accuracy of the result, i.e. against the report from the Control Tower.
8. Facilitate uchiawase sessions with all KPI custodians and Control Tower to ensure accepted KPI results.
9. Assist in the preparation of the final year-end review for the Company moderation exercises.

Job Requirements:
Formal Education
Bachelor's Degree
Specialized in: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline or equivalent experience
Work Experience
Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in
