Chargeman BO (11KV)

Responsibilities • Responsible in the installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, fire fighting system as well as other building services. • Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, ST,DOSH, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues. • Monitoring total facility maintenance of building including electricity , mechanical & civil. • Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the building as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure. • Attend to all power and machine failure/short/trip and rectify accordingly. • Ensure new installations and maintenances are safe, correct and legal. • Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical ,Genset, Air conditioning System and Fire Fighting system • Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Genset, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting System. • Supervise the work of Facility Team and Contractors and ensure safety regulations are complied while carrying out their duties. • Any other tasks assigned by the superior. Requirement • Candidate must possess a competency certificate of Chargeman BO (11KV) from Energy Commission Malaysia. • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
