QA/QC

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years working experience - Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated. - Good work ethic and able to work under pressure. Job Scopes: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and company goals. - Monitor adherence to quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals. - Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. - Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits. - Prepare audit reports and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities. - Collaborate with customers to address quality concerns and feedback. - Ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
