i. Process sales transactions. i. Act as a cashier in the sales department (front end). iii. As a facilitator for customers. Build good relationships with customers. iv. Be prepared with product promotions (if any). v. Ensuring that cash and check entry and exit policies are followed. i. Ensuring that the outlet is always clean and that there are always enough items for sale at the outlet. vii. Assist the Marketing department to prepare marketing materials. viii. After sales service. ix. As a Mentor to junior sales assistants. x. Follow up debtors. xi. Assist the Business Development Executive to ensure that all SOPs and policies related to the Sales team are implemented correctly.
