Intern - Human Resource

  • Provide HR functions in recruitment, training and development, as well as updating and maintaining HR records.
  • Assisting in the hiring program which includes career talks, resume screening, performing phone screening, and interview arrangements.
  • Providing administrative support including phone calls to candidates, responding to emails, organizing files, and managing documents.
  • Assisting in managing monthly training programs from planning, scheduling & preparing the training materials.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.

Intern - Administration

  • Managing & upkeep of company assets, including laptops (purchase, repair, upkeep) and other hardware.
  • Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment.
  • Handling general documentation and paperwork.
  • Gathering any information required by the company.
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
