  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends and campaign performances to formulate strategic sales pitches.
  • Manage end-financier portfolio and monitor bankers’ performance towards achieving higher conversion rate and monitor of the EF lending quota with renewal.
  • Plan, launch and drive marketing campaigns which include product launching, exhibition/ expo, roadshow, etc.
  • Identify effective advertising techniques and strategy to promote products.
  • Regular feedback to the superior and the team on the effectiveness of the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs being conducted.
  • Perform post-campaign report for future events use.
  • Manage and ensure external & internal agents achieve sales target set.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases.
  • Oversee and monitor sales gallery/ show unit setup including maintaining its condition.
  • Work closely with advertising agencies, press media, vendors and suppliers.
  • Responsible for preparing shortlisted Property Awards submission.
  • Participating in project hand over meetings initiated by Project Team and providing assistance during the VP process.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Possess at least Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience in Property Development industry will have an advantage.
