Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinical Application Specialist at Southern Crescent Sdn Bhd in Seremban. The Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible provide clinical and technical application support for all surgical cases according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as first priority.

Key Roles & Resposibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical application support for all surgical cases according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as first priority.
  • Provide professional support to our customers. Develop and maintain good rapport and positive working relationship with the Healthcare Providers(Doctors, Nurses, others that may be related)
  • The application support takes on many forms and shapes, ranging from technical support with equipment / instruments to clinical application support across a wide range of surgical procedures also some products required to be assembled to patient directly at hospital or patient’s home.
  • Identify business opportunities while attending to cases or interacting with customers and users and pass on the information/leads to the Sales Team for follow up.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to attend customers at government and private hospital and as well with others (patients and their carers) to meet the commitment.
  • Join the Sales Team at times and demonstrate the use of the products to lend credibility to the value of the products and technical expertise of the Company to help secure the sales.
  • Compulsory to attend monthly meeting and trainings arranged by superior.
  • Involved in marketing activities, such as organizing conference participation/workshops, CME and be present at booth during conference.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours in the Operating Room during cases.
  • Highly competitive with a strong track record of succes
