OpiniQ is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Respond to customer questions and assist with issues, providing consultation on company products
  • Manage customer requests and tickets
  • Work with the platform, including client account administration

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Clarify, or similar)
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or equivalents) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with technical documentation
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • English level B2+
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
  • Understanding of customer service principles and methodologies
