  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Project Engineers are responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects. They work with customers, engineers, and support staff with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, and on budget as per required specifications.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create specs sheet, layout, schematic and technical information documentation for proposals or confirmed projects.
  • Commissioning of the machine at the customer’s site if needed.
  • Liaise with sales or customers for preliminary information confirmation and delivery information.
  • Prepare for the kick-off meeting, to ensure all information is shared with all related parties, and clarify all questions asked during the meeting.
  • Capacity calculation for heater, pumps, nozzles and other instruments inside the machine.
  • Prepare process recipe before internal buy-off.
  • Conduct machine testing + checking and sign off the internal buy-off checklist.
  • Follow up on the machine’s progress after the commissioning period and initiate the handover of the machine’s information to the After Sales Service Team.
  • Monitor the R&D design team’s progress on conceptual design and Machine Issue Tracker Google sheet.
  • Prepare projects’ documents for customers during FAT or after machine delivery (operation manuals, software manuals, OPL, etc.)
  • Liaise with the purchasing and logistics side on machine packing/handling, and shipment schedule.
  • Prepare costing for projects/modules/proposals when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, etc.) or equivalent
  • Must be proactive, committed, result oriented and multi-tasking
  • Positive attitude, willing to face and deal with challenges
  • Must be fluent in English in writing and speaking. Fluency in Mandarin or other languages will also be an advantage.
