  • Managing Market data global subscription for MDS & CRD products
  • Processing and closing all the INFOmatchTickets within SLA
  • Running monthly Movers and Terminated users report and ensure its timely completion.
  • Handling of Refinitiv Data Notification to assess the impact based on the usage of the impacted instruments to the end users/applications.
  • Management of Entitlement system- DACS / EMRS
  • Regular review of the SOP and updating Documentation for efficiencies

People & Talent

  • Ensure that all staff of the department continues to be equipped and developed with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve the required level of competency to facilitate them to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively, efficiently, and accurately.

Risk Management

  • To ensure all control/operating procedure and documentations are properly followed.
  • To ensure compliance to all established procedures, regulations, and the Group Guidelines

Governance

Key Responsibilities

  • Global support for MDS (Market Data Services) & CRD (Client Reference Data) products.
  • Processing all closing all the Tickets within defined SLA.
  • Ensure no breaks in BAU and complete all tasks assigned by the team lead.
  • Handling of LSEG Data Notification .
  • Maintenance of entitlement systems – DACS/ EMRS.
  • Relationship management with vendor and address all request/queries.
  • Maintain good relationship with MDS Teams and internal stakeholders.
  • First Point of contacts to address global Market data query and ensure its resolved.
  • Exposure & knowledge to market data inventory system like INFOmatch/MDM/Optimize or FITS is desired.
  • Maintain the accuracy of our Inventory to ensure services and cost are correct tagged to users/applications.
  • Manage all OneCert triggered for Market Data products and ensure all application are compliant.
  • Team player & Contributor. Open to learn and able to removes obstacles to get the work done.
