Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively assessing, clarifies & validate customer needs & develop plans to deliver better result.
  • Regular coverage (with defined route plan with fixed coverage frequency) for each customer & each authorized dealer.
  • Owns planning & execution of sales strategy & action plan for his/her respective customers & authorized dealers to achieve sales target, profitability goal & market share.
  • Collaborate with other departments (i.e. trade marketing, marketing, technical solution, commercial, credit & demand/supply team) to address customer needs & issue resolution to enable delivery of sales target & business priorities.
  • Adherence to all Company principles / bond, policies, local legal or regulations including and company health, safety, environment & community (HSEC) policies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent discipline from a recognized university
  • 3 – 5 years experiences with good sales or trading experience preferably in a Key Account & Distributor Management capacity
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in establishing customer relationships for long term business benefits.
