Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives across APAC, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention in manufacturing environments.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive recruitment efforts, especially in manufacturing and operational roles. Implement talent management frameworks to develop and retain high-potential employees.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, setting KPIs aligned with the company's goals, particularly within manufacturing units.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the go-to HR advisor on employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries, including China. Update and implement HR policies in alignment with regional legal requirements.
  • Training & Development: Design and lead training initiatives, focusing on skill enhancement in manufacturing teams and leadership development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness in line with market standards, particularly within the manufacturing sector.


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector and regional HR management.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications or a master's degree is preferred.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing environment, including workforce management, labor relations, and compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
