Junior Production Engineer

1. Monitor day to day activities and lead the productivity improvement process. 2. Coordinate all production functions to ensure that customer delivery and quality requirements are met in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the company. 3. To plan, formulate and co ordinate production process improvement to minimize production downtime and material wastage. 4. To develop and maintain production and process documentation in accordance with HACCP / HALAL quality standards and best practices. 5. To resolve quality issues related to production activities. 6. Ensure that occupational safety, health and environment policies are observed and compiled with during production activities. 7. To submit daily production report to production manager / factory director. 8. Good knowledge in spray dryer production, equipments and familiar with all process requirements. Able to train and guide new staff and monitor closely their daily performance.
