Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory of all materials, tools, and equipment on the jackup rig. Ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, usage, and reorder requirements to avoid any operational delays. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials and supplies. Verify and reconcile shipments received against purchase orders and invoices. Material Handling: Safely handle and store materials according to company procedures and safety standards. Ensure proper labeling and storage to prevent damage, contamination, or loss. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Prepare regular inventory reports for the rig management team to ensure transparency and effective decision-making. Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect materials upon arrival to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Report any discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to the relevant departments. Waste Management: Manage the disposal of unused or obsolete materials in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies. Ensure that waste materials are properly documented and disposed of safely. Coordination with Rig Operations: Work closely with drilling and maintenance teams to ensure that materials required for operations are available when needed. Provide support in organizing materials and equipment for ongoing projects and repairs. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Participate in safety drills and ensure materials are stored in a manner that promotes a safe working environment.
